REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT

A replacement code will be issued provided that all the following conditions are met:

  • Functionality: The code is non-functional at the time of use.

  • Timeframe: You contact our support team within 2 days of receipt.

  • Proof: You provide a clear screenshot proving the error.

  • Communication: You reply directly to the original email containing the code.

2. NON-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS

Replacement requests will be denied under the following circumstances:

  • Expired Warranty: The request is made after the 2-day period has passed.

  • Successful Redemption: The code has already been successfully used.

  • Lack of Evidence: No valid proof of error is provided.

  • User Error: The error resulted from your own actions (e.g., typos, choosing an ineligible product).

  • Shared Access: The code was shared with or resold to third parties.

  • Change of Mind: You no longer want the code or have changed your mind after the purchase is completed.

3. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Claim Deadline: 2 days maximum after receiving the code.

  • Type of Compensation: Replacement with a new code; NO cash refunds.

  • Processing:

    • Response: We will respond to your claim within 24 hours.

    • New Code Delivery: Verified claims will receive a replacement code within 48 hours.
